With this program, you can have custom Contrast Effects for Windows Movie Maker. After installing, you'll have a couple of new effects for decreasing contrast and a couple of ones for increasing contrast. But if you need a stronger effect, you should apply the effect several times. You can also customize the .xml file, if you want to get other contrast settings.
